	“Angel Policy” - Dream Impressions grants all purchasers of the Company’s rubber stamps a royalty free, limited license, to create and sell items, projects, cards, scrapbook pages, etc., which contain Dream Impressions stamp images, provided each image is stamped by hand. The mechanical or electronic reproduction of any stamp image for any reason, without prior written authorization from Dream Impressions, is strictly prohibited. Copyrights and Trademarks - All Dream Impressions stamp set images and all website designs, website text, and website graphics are Copyright 2001-2004 by Dream Impressions. ALL RIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH OUR COPYRIGHTS ARE RESERVED. Permission is granted to print portions of this website for the sole intent and purpose of placing orders with Dream Impressions. Product and Shipping Guarantees – We guarantee our products to arrive free of any manufacturing defects and we guarantee delivery of orders to the United States, Canada, and selected international locations. Click here for detailed shipping and delivery information. Utah Sales Tax - Sales tax is added to all orders shipped to delivery destinations within the state of Utah. Sales taxes are calculated based upon the order’s net amount payable for the products purchased, excluding gift certificates. Sales taxes are also calculated on shipping and handling fees. The appropriate Utah sales tax rate is determined according to the delivery address. Payments, Refunds, and Returns – An order is accepted from you on the basis of a pre-approved and pre-authorized charge in United States currency to a debit or credit card. You must be an authorized signer on the debit or credit card account as noted on the records of the issuing credit card company. We only accept payment by debit and credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Upon receipt of a shipment to an international destination you may be subject to payment of customs fees, duties or taxes which are your responsibility. You may purchase our products with the confidence of knowing you may return any items within 60 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the net price paid for the products, excluding shipping and handling charges. Items returned for a refund must be in their original packaging and original uncut shipping condition. If you receive an item that arrives damaged or defective we will replace it, or refund the net purchase price, if you return it to us within 60 days of the shipping date. Non delivery or any other problems with your shipment must be reported to us via email within 60 days of the shipment date. If your order is not shown as being delivered by USPS delivery confirmation records, or the records of another designated carrier, within 30 days (45 days for International shipments) from the date of shipment, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you, credit your account, or credit your credit or debit card. We cannot be responsible for address errors you have provided, or theft or any other loss after the USPS, or another designated carrier, has confirmed delivery of your shipment. You do not need to obtain an advance authorization to return an item, however you must observe the conditions and deadlines for returning items, or reporting shipment problems. You are responsible for return shipping charges and ensuring that items being returned are not lost or damaged during shipping. Items being returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip and a legible statement in English explaining the reason the item is being returned. After we have received and approved an item that has been returned, we will post a credit to your account. Usually the credit will be posted within five business days. When the credit is posted to your account we will send you an email message indicating that the credit has been posted to your account and the amount of the credit. If you request a credit to your credit or debit card it may require up to 30 days before the credit is posted to your account by the issuer of your card. Payment Disputes - If you dispute any charges to a credit or debit card that arise directly or indirectly from information you provided in connection with the purchase of products or services in your use of this website, you agree to contact us first to attempt to settle any such disputes. You agree to allow us a reasonable time period of seven days from the date of your notification to us of a dispute to investigate any such disputes, and you also agree to attempt a good faith effort to settle any such disputes, before contacting your credit or debit card company. If you contact your credit card company and initiate a chargeback of any payment amount you made to Dream Impressions, and you subsequently do not prevail in the resulting chargeback investigation made by your credit card company, you agree to pay us a fee equal to the greater of $25.00 or 5% of the chargeback amount to cover our costs relating to the chargeback. You also agree and understand that any such fee will be charged to your debit or credit card. Past Due Balances – We reserve the right to assign your account to a collection agency or attorney in the event products or services have been received by you from Dream Impressions and for any reason you have not paid for such products or services within 30 days. In the event such collection action is deemed necessary by Dream Impressions, you also agree to pay any and all collection costs incurred by Dream Impressions, in addition to your unpaid outstanding balance. In the event a collection action is initiated by Dream Impressions, you agree to waive all rights to your privacy and you grant us permission to disclose any and all of your customer account information with a collection agency or attorney. You also agree and understand that in such an event, the collection agency or attorney may provide your personal information to other collection agencies and to credit reporting agencies. Submission of Cards, Designs, Images, and Product Ideas - Dream impressions welcomes the submission of unsolicited stamped cards and projects which have been produced using our rubber stamps. We also welcome the submission of unsolicited rubber stamp image ideas. However, you understand that as a condition to such submissions, the Company shall have no obligation to compensate you and that any such item submitted to the Company shall become the sole property of the Company and cannot be returned to you. Dream Impressions may, through contests or promotions, choose to solicit submissions and provide compensation through prizes, cash, or products. Any items that you may submit to Dream Impressions you agree to authorize the use of such items by the Company, and expressly waive any claim for compensation from the Company over and above that which you are entitled to pursuant to the rules of any contest or promotion. Website Use and Contents Limitation – Dream Impressions provides this website and the contents herein for convenience for customers on an “as is” basis and disclaims all representations or warranties of any kind regarding this website or its contents, including but not limited to, representations or warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, completeness, or accuracy.
