Shipping Delivery Information
United States Delivery Addresses, Including U.S. Territories
Our primary shipping methods are United States Postal Service Priority Mail and First Class Mail, depending upon weight and delivery distance. Delivery confirmation is included and your delivery confirmation number will be sent to you by email after your order is shipped. If your order is not shown as being delivered by USPS delivery confirmation records within 30 days from the date of shipment, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you, credit your account, or credit the credit or debit card which you used to place the order. However, we cannot be responsible for address errors you have provided, or theft, or any other loss after the USPS has confirmed delivery of your shipment. You must report to us by email any non-delivery of a shipment within 60 days from the date of the shipment.
APO/FPO Delivery Addresses
Our only shipping method is United States Postal Service. Shipments are either by Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending upon weight. Delivery confirmation service and insurance are not available to APO or FPO delivery addresses. Shipment information will be emailed to you after your order is shipped, however we cannot be responsible in any way for lost shipments. Upon receipt of an international shipment you may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are your responsibility.
